Report an Advert or User
Tell CarZoon about suspicious, misleading, unsafe or prohibited content.
Immediate danger or crime in progress: call 999 from a safe place. If you have paid a suspected fraudster, contact your bank immediately and report the matter to the appropriate police reporting service.
What to report
- A vehicle, price, history or seller identity that appears false or misleading
- Requests for unusual deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment to an unrelated person
- Copied images, duplicate listings, fake reviews or a trader posing as a private seller
- Harassment, phishing, account compromise or requests for unnecessary documents
- An apparently stolen, unsafe or unlawfully advertised vehicle

Include the advert URL or ID, why you are concerned, dates, messages and screenshots. Do not put yourself at risk to gather evidence and do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We may review content, restrict accounts, preserve records and refer matters to relevant authorities. We may not be able to disclose investigation details. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Complaints Procedure.
